Precisely these verses, which the Minic family from the village of Trzac near Aleksandrovac dedicated to one of their vintage wines – Tamnjanika branded “The hundredth tear“, testify about the significance of grape-vine plants in their lives.
Milorad Minic, owner and founder of the "Minic" winery, has been a wine and brandy producer for years, putting love, faith and effort into his work. A fertile land, sun and grapevine yield have rewarded that, and the Minic family is nowadays considered to be esteemed wine producer in the region.
The household of the Minic family obtained a new tractor in 2009, through a loan at ProCredit Bank. According to Milorad, it was significant contribution to modernization and enhancement of their production. His satisfaction with the promptness and professionalism of service rendered by employees of the bank was the best recommendation, causing Krusevac branch to acquire new clients from the village of Trzac and the surrounding villages in a short time.
The Minic family places and sells its wine mostly wholesale, even though it can also be bought in numerous hotels, restaurants, and even in the wine cellar "Minic" itself. This household has reiterated its commitment to wine growing and wine and brandy production with a recent decision to rearrange its family courtyard into an authentic rural lodging, decorated with various ethno motives, and dedicated exclusively to wine tasting, pleasure and rest. Over the past years the Minic family has invested into procurement of new barrels, wine coolers, wine cellar adaptation, wine tasting room construction and equipping, as well as in a new vineyard.
