If you are thinking about legalizing your business premise, loans for legalization disbursed by ProCredit Bank could be a favorable means of securing necessary funds. These loans are available to all legal entities who own an immovable property that has not been built legally.
Loans for legalization of business premises are approved under the following conditions:

• maximum maturity 120 months
• for loan amounts up to EUR 5,000 - maximum maturity is 84 months
• for loan amounts ranging from EUR 5,001 to 10,000 - maximum maturity is 96 months
• for loan amounts over EUR 10,000 - maximum maturity is 120 months
• dinar loans with maturities up to 60 months
• loans are indexed in EUR for all maturities
• down payment / deposit not mandatory
• no guarantor for loans amounting up to EUR 5,000 with maturity up to 60 months
